Cocktail

100 g	lemon sorbet
2 cl	vodka
1 dl	champagne

To serve

1	organic lemon, shaved into thin strips using a peeler

How it's done

To prepare

Place the glass in the freezer for approx. 5 mins.

Cocktail

Place the lemon sorbet and vodka in a bowl, beat briefly until creamy using the whisk on a mixer. Remove the glass from the freezer. Transfer the sorbet to the glass, pour in the champagne, stir briefly.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with a little lemon peel.
