Banana muesli

Ingredients

for 2 people

Muesli
50 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
1 dl water, chilled
360 g plain yoghurt
1 tbsp sugar
ripe banana, cut into cubes
Topping
½ tbsp sunflower oil
ripe banana, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick
2 tbsp dark almond cream
40 g almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Muesli

Place the oats in a bowl, pour in the water, leave to absorb for approx. 5 mins. Add the yoghurt, sugar and banana, mix, serve in bowls.

Topping

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, add the banana, fry for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Remove, arrange on top of the muesli along with the almond cream and almonds.
