Banana muesli
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 50 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 1 dl | water, chilled |
| 360 g | plain yoghurt |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 1 | ripe banana, cut into cubes |
| ½ tbsp | sunflower oil |
| 1 | ripe banana, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick |
| 2 tbsp | dark almond cream |
| 40 g | almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Muesli
Place the oats in a bowl, pour in the water, leave to absorb for approx. 5 mins. Add the yoghurt, sugar and banana, mix, serve in bowls.
Topping
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, add the banana, fry for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Remove, arrange on top of the muesli along with the almond cream and almonds.
