Chicken and red cabbage sandwich
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 100 g | red cabbage, very thinly sliced |
| 1 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 2 pinch | salt |
| 125 g | cream cheese |
| 1 tbsp | honey mustard |
| 4 slice | brown bread (approx. 200 g), toasted |
| 120 g | chicken breast, very thinly sliced |
How it's done
Red cabbage
Mix the cabbage, vinegar and salt in a bowl, mix well by hand.
Sandwiches
Combine the cream cheese and mustard in a small bowl, spread on top of the bread. Place the cabbage and chicken on two slices of bread, cover with the remaining slices.
