Lamb's lettuce and clementine salad
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 1 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 100 g | lambs' lettuce |
| 100 g | feta, crumbled |
| 1 | clementine, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick |
| 30 g | walnut kernels, roasted, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Dressing
Whisk the mustard, vinegar and oil in a small bowl, season.
Salad
Plate up the lamb's lettuce. Arrange the feta, clementine and walnuts on top, drizzle with the dressing.
