Pear and Moscato cocktail
Ingredients
for 2 people
2 dl | pear juice |
¼ tsp | 5-spice mix |
1 | pear |
some | ice cubes |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
2 dl | Moscato d'Asti |
1 dl | tonic water |
2 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Pear juice
Pour the pear juice into a pan, add the five-spice powder, bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave to stand for approx. 10 mins. Pour the pear juice through a sieve into a measuring jug, leave to cool.
Cocktail
Cut 2 slices of pear and put one in each glass. Add the ice cubes and 1 tsp of lemon juice per glass, top up with Moscato. Mix the tonic with the reserved pear juice, pour into the glasses. Garnish the cocktail with rosemary.
