Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
6 cl Tio Pepe Extra Dry Sherry
2 tsp fig jam
10 sprig peppermint leaves
some  ice cubes
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water)
To serve
1 sprig peppermint
fig, cut in half

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the sherry into the shaker along with all ingredients up to and including a few ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass, top up with tonic water.

To serve

Garnish the cocktail with mint and fig.
