Ingredients

for 1 glass

Cocktail
some  ice cubes
4 cl Aperol (bitter fruit liqueur)
3 cl lemon juice
1 dl Prosecco
1 slice organic lemon

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the ice cubes in the glass. Pour in the Aperol and lemon juice. Top up the glass with Prosecco. Garnish the aperol sours with slices of lemon.
