Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Puree
350 g strawberries, cut in half
3 cm ginger, finely grated
½  lemon, the whole juice
1 tbsp honey
Cooler
  crushed ice
4 dl sparkling mineral water
some  peppermint leaves

How it's done

Puree

Puree the strawberries with the ginger, lemon juice and honey, pour into the glasses.

Cooler

Fill the glasses with crushed ice, pour in the mineral water, garnish with mint.
