Pear and persimmon salad with feta
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 2 | persimmons, thinly sliced |
| 1 | pear, deseeded, thinly sliced |
| 100 g | feta, cut into cubes |
| ½ tbsp | mild mustard |
| 1 | organic lemon, grated zest and 2 tbsp of juice |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tbsp | acacia honey |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Salad
Serve the persimmon and pear on a platter, top with the feta.
Dressing
Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients, drizzle on top of the salad.
