Lassi
500 g papayas, peeled, seedless, diced
organic limes, grated zest and 3 tbsp of juice
2 ½ dl milk
180 g plain yoghurt
dates, pitted
organic lime, in slices

How it's done

Lassi

Place the papaya and all the other ingredients up to and including the dates in a blender, puree and transfer to the glasses. Garnish the lassi with the slices of lime.
