Papaya lassi
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 500 g | papayas, peeled, seedless, diced |
| 2 | organic limes, grated zest and 3 tbsp of juice |
| 2 ½ dl | milk |
| 180 g | plain yoghurt |
| 2 | dates, pitted |
| 1 | organic lime, in slices |
How it's done
Lassi
Place the papaya and all the other ingredients up to and including the dates in a blender, puree and transfer to the glasses. Garnish the lassi with the slices of lime.
