Passoa cocktail
Ingredients
for 1 person
3 cl | Passoa liqueur |
5 cl | apple juice |
2 pinch | bourbon vanilla powder |
some | ice cubes |
1 dl | Moscato d'Asti |
¼ | passion fruit |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the passoa, apple juice, vanilla and ice cubes in the shaker, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass, top up with Moscato.
To serve
Place the passion fruit on a skewer, use to decorate the cocktail.
