Mince and leek shawarma
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 300 g | minced meat (beef) |
| 200 g | leek, cut into thin rings |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 | wheat tortillas |
| 2 tbsp | tahini (sesame paste) |
| 50 g | Cheddar, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Filling
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the mince, brown for approx. 2 mins. Add the leek, fry for approx. 3 mins., season.
Shawarma
Spread the tahini over the tortillas, top with the cheese and mince. Fold in and roll up the tortillas, fry in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side.
