Chocolate and peanut granola cups
Ingredients
for 9 pieces
| 50 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 50 g | coconut flakes |
| 40 g | peanut cream |
| 30 g | honey |
| 60 g | peanut cream |
| 100 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Cups
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the honey. Knead well by hand until the ingredients form a compact mass. Spread the mixture in the prepared tray with wet hands, press down firmly.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove, spread the peanut butter on top.
Chocolate
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth. Spread on top of the cups, sprinkle with the fleur de sel, leave the cups to cool in the tray.
