Pasta salad with cucumber and tomatoes

This pasta salad is perfect for your next picnic or as an accompaniment to grilled food. It's quick to make and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

for 4 people

Pasta
300 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  salted water, boiling
Salad
cucumber, cut into cubes
red onion, halved, cut into thin strips
200 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
100 g Parmesan by the piece, coarsely grated
2 tbsp spice mix for vegetables and salads
2 dl Italian salad dressing

How it's done

Pasta

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, allow to cool slightly, place in a bowl.

Salad

Add the cucumber to the pasta along with all the other ingredients, mix.
