Pasta salad with cucumber and tomatoes
Ingredients
for 4 people
300 g | pasta (e.g. fusilli) |
salted water, boiling |
1 | cucumber, cut into cubes |
1 | red onion, halved, cut into thin strips |
200 g | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
100 g | Parmesan by the piece, coarsely grated |
2 tbsp | spice mix for vegetables and salads |
2 dl | Italian salad dressing |
How it's done
Pasta
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, allow to cool slightly, place in a bowl.
Salad
Add the cucumber to the pasta along with all the other ingredients, mix.
