Passion fruit and saffron cocktail
Ingredients
for 1 glass
2 | passion fruit, halved, pulp removed, passed through a sieve (yields approx. 50 ml of juice) |
4 cl | Bombay Gin Citron Pressé |
1 | fresh egg white |
2 pinch | saffron |
some | saffron threads |
some | ice cubes |
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the passion fruit juice, gin, egg white and saffron into the shaker, add some ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass. Top with saffron threads.
