2 tbsp icing sugar
2 dl full cream
To serve

How it's done

Cream

Place the espressos, icing sugar and cream in a bottle (approx. 500 ml), seal tightly and shake until a creamy mixture is formed.

To serve

Divide the espresso between the glasses, pour the cream on top, serve.
