Cauliflower mini pizzas
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tsp | maple syrup |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| ½ tsp | paprika |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | cauliflower (approx. 1 kg), cut into slices approx. 1½ cm thick |
| 200 g | tomato sauce |
| 5 tbsp | grated mozzarella |
How it's done
Cauliflower marinade
Pour the oil into a small bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the paprika, mix and season. Brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with the marinade, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 12 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove.
Topping
Top the cauliflower slices with the tomato sauce and cheese.
Return to the oven
Approx. 12 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180 °C.
