Porridge with carrots and sesame seeds
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 6 dl | milk |
| 100 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 200 g | carrots, coarsely grated |
| 2 tbsp | sultanas |
| 2 tbsp | honey |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp | sultana |
| 1 tbsp | sesame seeds, roasted |
How it's done
Porridge
Pour the milk into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, bring to the boil while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
To serve
Plate up the porridge, top with the sultanas and sesame seeds.
