Millet porridge with plums
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 5 dl | almond drink |
| 100 g | yellow millet |
| 200 g | plums, pitted, cut into segments |
| 1 tbsp | linseed |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 3 tbsp | sugar |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 100 g | plums, thinly sliced |
| 40 g | almonds, roasted, coarsely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
How it's done
Porridge
Pour the almond drink into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, bring to the boil while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 8 mins., stirring occasionally.
To serve
Plate up the porridge, top with the almonds, sprinkle with cinnamon.
