Quinoa and cocoa porridge

Ingredients

for 4 people

Porridge
5 dl oat drink
100 g quinoa flakes
4 tbsp chocolate powder
To serve
orange, thinly sliced
2 tbsp apricot kernels, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp Cocoa Nibs

How it's done

Porridge

Bring the oat drink and quinoa flakes to the boil in a pan while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 4 mins., stirring occasionally.

To serve

Plate up the porridge, top with the slices of orange, sprinkle with the apricot kernels and cocoa nibs.
