Five-grain porridge
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 4 dl | water |
| 100 g | five-grain flakes |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 50 g | chocolate cubes |
| 100 g | plain vegan yoghurt substitute X |
| 100 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 20 g | pumpkin seeds |
| 50 g | plain vegan yoghurt substitute X |
How it's done
Porridge
Bring the water, cereal flakes and salt to the boil in a pan while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the chocolate chunks and yoghurt.
To serve
Plate up the porridge. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds, drizzle the yoghurt on top.
