Ingredients

Porridge
4 dl water
100 g five-grain flakes
¼ tsp salt
50 g chocolate cubes
100 g plain vegan yoghurt substitute X
To serve
100 g pomegranate seeds
20 g pumpkin seeds
50 g plain vegan yoghurt substitute X

How it's done

Porridge

Bring the water, cereal flakes and salt to the boil in a pan while stirring. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the chocolate chunks and yoghurt.

To serve

Plate up the porridge. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds, drizzle the yoghurt on top.
