Ingredients

for 4 people

Tuna sauce
1 tin white tuna in oil (approx. 160 g), drained, broken into chunks
100 g crème fraîche
2 tbsp mayonnaise
caper berries, stalks removed
1 tsp fig mustard
¼ tsp salt
To serve
800 g kohlrabi x
organic lime xxx
1 tbsp fig mustard
30 g caper berries
a little  sea salt

How it's done

Tuna sauce

Place the tuna in a measuring cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, puree.

To serve

Spread the tuna sauce on a plate, mix the kohlrabi with the lime juice, spread on top, brush with the mustard. Top with the caper berries, lime zest and fleur de sel.
