Pomegranate and broccoli tartare
Ingredients
for 4 portions
| 500 g | broccoli, cut into pieces |
| salted water, boiling |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| 3 tbsp | pine nuts, roasted, coarsely chopped |
| 200 g | cream cheese, plain |
| 50 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 2 tsp | lemon juice |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Broccoli
Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx. 4 mins. until al dente, drain.
Tartare
Finely chop the broccoli, place in a bowl. Add the pine nuts and all the other ingredients up to and including the lemon juice, mix, season.
