Tasty avocado on garlic bread – what a mouth-watering combination!

Ingredients

for 4 pieces

Guacamole
ripe avocados, cut into small pieces
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Garlic bread
3 tbsp olive oil
4 slice bread
3 tbsp olive oil
garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 pinch salt
¼ tsp chilli flakes

How it's done

Guacamole

Place the avocado and the lemon juice in a bowl, mash with a fork, mix in the garlic and salt.

Garlic bread

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Toast the slices of bread on each side until golden brown. Remove. Add the oil to the same pan, sauté the garlic for approx. 1 min. Flip the bread slices in the pan to coat on both sides, season with salt. Plate up the bread slices, spread the guacamole on top, add the rest of the garlic from the pan, sprinkle with chilli flakes.
