Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
6 cl Sapori Limoncello Del Conte
4 cl lemon juice
4 sprig basil, leaves torn off
some  ice cubes
1 dl Prosecco (e.g. Valdo Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG)
To serve
some  pitted black olives
short wooden skewer
1 slice organic lemon
1 sprig basil

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the limoncello, lemon juice and basil in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon, transfer to the shaker. Add the ice cubes, shake the cocktail well for approx. 30 secs., pour through a fine sieve into the glass, top up with Prosecco.

To serve

Place the olives on the cocktail stick, decorate the cocktail with a slice of lemon, basil and the olive stick.
