Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
½  red chilli, deseeded, roughly chopped
6 cl Malfy Rosa Gin
3 cl sugar syrup
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl grapefruit juice
½ sprig rosemary
some  ice cubes
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water)
To serve
1 segment organic grapefruit
red chilli

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the chilli in a glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the rosemary, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon, pour into the shaker. Add the ice cubes, shake the cocktail well for approx. 30 secs. Place a few ice cubes in the glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, top up with tonic water.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with grapefruit and chilli.
