Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
50 g raspberries
6 cl Appenzell Dry Gin 27
4 cl lemon juice
3 cl sugar syrup
10  ice cubes
To serve
some  raspberries
1 slice organic lime, dried

How it's done

Cocktail

Puree the raspberries in a measuring cup, strain through a sieve into a glass. Pour the gin into a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, blend until the mixture is frozen all the way through, pour over the puree.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with raspberries and lime.
