Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
6 cl Havana Club Especial Rum
4 cl lime juice
3 cl sugar syrup
2 sprig peppermint, leaves torn off
10  ice cubes
To serve
2 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 sprig peppermint
1 slice organic lime, dried

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum into a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the ice cubes, blend until the mixture is frozen all the way through. Pour the cocktail into a glass.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with Angostura, mint and lime.
