Ingredients

Cocktail
some  ice cubes
½ tbsp vermouth (absinthe)
5 cl Jameson Caskmates Irish Whiskey
2 cl cognac
4 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
To serve
heart cherry

How it's done

Cocktail

Fill a glass with ice cubes, add the vermouth, stir for approx. 10 secs. Pour the vermouth through a sieve, return the ice cubes to the glass. Pour the whiskey, cognac and Angostura over the ice cubes into the glass, stir for approx. 30 secs.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with the cherry.
