Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
50 g	pineapples, cut into cubes
1 cl	sugar syrup
6 cl	Captain Morgan 0.0% alcohol-free
4 cl	lime juice
some	ice cubes
2 dl	ginger beer (e.g. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer)

To serve
½ slice	pineapple

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the pineapple and sugar syrup in a glass, crush using a pestle or wooden spoon. Add the Captain Morgan, lime juice and 4-5 ice cubes, stir for approx. 30 secs. Top up the glass with ice cubes and ginger beer.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with pineapple.
