Cocktail
  crushed ice
6 cl Lillet Rosé
6 cl grapefruit juice
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb)
To serve
1 sprig oregano
1 slice organic grapefruit

How it's done

Cocktail

Fill the glass half full with crushed ice. Pour in the Lillet, top up with grapefruit juice and tonic water, stir briefly.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with oregano and a slice of grapefruit.
