Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl tequila (e.g. Espolon Blanco tequila)
1 ½ dl gazpacho (e.g. Alvalle)
½ tsp hot sauce (e.g. Cholula Hot Sauce Chipotle)
1 cl lemon juice
some  ice cubes
  salt and pepper to taste
To serve
½ stick celery
cherry tomato, cut in half
1 segment organic lemon
a little  sea salt

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the tequila into a glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the lemon juice, add a few ice cubes, stir for approx. 30 secs, season.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with celery, tomato, a wedge of lemon and fleur de sel.
