Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl	Disaronno Amaretto
3 cl	lemon juice
2 cl	orange juice
½ tbsp	hazelnut syrup
1 sprig	thyme
some	ice cubes
2 dl	tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water)

To serve
1 sprig	thyme
¼	organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the amaretto into the shaker along with all ingredients up to and including a few ice cubes, shake well for approx. 10 secs. Place a few ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve, top up with tonic water.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with thyme and orange peel.
