Cocktail
6 cl Baileys
4 cl apple juice
  crushed ice
2 dl ginger beer (e.g. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer)
To serve
¼  red-skinned apple, thinly sliced

How it's done

Cocktail

Add the Baileys and apple juice to a glass with some crushed ice, stir for approx. 10 secs. Top up the cocktail with ginger beer, stir again briefly.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with apple slices.
