Grilled peppers with feta
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | feta, crumbled |
| 200 g | cream cheese, plain |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 4 sprig | oregano, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 4 | horn peppers, halved lengthwise, deseeded |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 2 sprig | oregano, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Peppers
In a bowl, mix 200 g of the feta with all the other ingredients up to and including the oregano, mix well, season. Stuff the pepper halves with the mixture, place in the grill tray, sprinkle the remainder of the feta on top.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill the peppers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 8 mins. Plate up the peppers, top with the honey and oregano.
