Grilled cheese rolls
Ingredients
for 4 pieces
4 | bread rolls (e.g. Semmeli rolls), each approx. 80 g |
250 g | smoked scamorza , coarsely grated |
1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
3 | Fine Food smoked garlic cloves, sliced |
¼ tsp | smoked paprika |
How it's done
Rolls
Make several crosswise incisions halfway through the rolls. Mix the cheese and chives, spread in the incisions with the garlic.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Place the rolls in the grill tray. With the lid down, grill indirectly over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 5 mins. until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with paprika.
