Chicken breasts with radishes

Ingredients

for 4 people

Radishes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp elderflower syrup
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
3 bunch radishes, cut in half
Dressing
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp elderflower syrup
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Chicken breasts
1 tbsp oil
chicken breasts (each approx. 150 g)
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Radishes

Mix the oil and syrup in a bowl, season. Add the radishes, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove.

Dressing

Whisk the balsamic, oil and syrup in a bowl, season. Mix in the radishes.

Chicken breasts

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken, fry for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Serve the chicken breasts with the radishes.
