Banana bark
Ingredients
for 14 pieces
2 | bananas, in slices |
4 tbsp | peanut cream |
80 g | unsalted peanuts |
100 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | coconut flake |
1 pinch | sea salt |
How it's done
Arrange the banana slices side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form a rectangle. Spread the peanut butter and peanuts on top. Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour over the bananas. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and fleur de sel. Freeze for approx. 2 hrs., cut into pieces.
