Energy bars
Ingredients
for 14 pieces
100 g | pecan nuts |
100 g | almonds |
20 g | linseed |
180 g | Medjool dates |
100 g | sultanas |
200 g | rolled oats |
2 tbsp | agave syrup |
How it's done
Mix all the ingredients, blend in batches in a food processor until you have a homogeneous mass. Combine into a compact mass, roll out into a rectangle (approx. 20 x 30 cm) between two sheets of baking paper, halve lengthwise, cut into 14 bars. Cover the bars and chill for approx. 30 mins.
