Garlic gnocchi

Ingredients

for 4 people

Garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Fine Food smoked garlic cloves, sliced
Gnocchi
1 tbsp olive oil
750 g potato gnocchi
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
2 ½ dl full cream
1 dl water
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
3 sprig marjoram, leaves torn off

How it's done

Garlic

Heat the oil in a small pan. Add the garlic, fry for approx. 3 mins., remove, drain on kitchen paper, set aside.

Gnocchi

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the gnocchi, fry for approx. 5 mins., turning occasionally, season.

Add the cream and water, simmer for approx. 2 mins., season. Add the reserved garlic, mix carefully, garnish with the marjoram.
