Garlic gnocchi
Ingredients
for 4 people
1 tbsp | olive oil |
6 | Fine Food smoked garlic cloves, sliced |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
750 g | potato gnocchi |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
2 ½ dl | full cream |
1 dl | water |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
3 sprig | marjoram, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Garlic
Heat the oil in a small pan. Add the garlic, fry for approx. 3 mins., remove, drain on kitchen paper, set aside.
Gnocchi
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the gnocchi, fry for approx. 5 mins., turning occasionally, season.
Add the cream and water, simmer for approx. 2 mins., season. Add the reserved garlic, mix carefully, garnish with the marjoram.
