Christmas mocha latte
Ingredients
for 4 people
4 dl | oat drink (Barista) |
4 | espressos |
40 g | vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | chocolate powder |
1 tsp | gingerbread spice |
4 dl | plant-based cream (whippable) |
a little | chocolate powder |
2 | vegan biscuits (e.g. Spekulatius), crumbled |
How it's done
Mocha latte
Heat the oat drink in a pan. Add the espresso, chocolate, chocolate powder and gingerbread spice, whisk until light and frothy using the whisk on a mixer.
Serve
Pour the mocha latte into glasses or mugs, top with the cream. Sprinkle the chocolate powder and biscuit crumbs on top.
