Baked ricotta cake
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
500 g | ricotta |
2 | eggs |
40 g | liquid honey |
50 g | icing sugar |
20 g | Maizena cornflour |
a little | icing sugar, to dust |
How it's done
Mixture
Combine the ricotta with all the other ingredients up to and including the cornflour. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin. Dust with icing sugar.
