Ingredients

for 1 glass

Sugar rim
1 tsp blackcurrant jam, stirred until smooth
½ tbsp candied sugar, coarsely crushed
Cocktail
1 tbsp blackcurrant jam, stirred until smooth
½ tbsp lime juice
some  ice cubes
1 ½ dl rosé Champagner

How it's done

Sugar rim

Place the blackcurrant jam and sugar onto two separate plates. Dip the rim of the glass into the jam and then into the sugar.

Cocktail

Place the blackcurrant jam and lime juice into the glass, stir well, add ice cubes, top up with champagne.
