Blackcurrant spritz
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 1 tsp | blackcurrant jam, stirred until smooth |
| ½ tbsp | candied sugar, coarsely crushed |
| 1 tbsp | blackcurrant jam, stirred until smooth |
| ½ tbsp | lime juice |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 ½ dl | rosé Champagner |
How it's done
Sugar rim
Place the blackcurrant jam and sugar onto two separate plates. Dip the rim of the glass into the jam and then into the sugar.
Cocktail
Place the blackcurrant jam and lime juice into the glass, stir well, add ice cubes, top up with champagne.
