Meringue trifle
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 300 g | plain yoghurt |
| 250 g | ricotta |
| 40 g | icing sugar |
| 150 g | mixed berries |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| 150 g | mixed berries |
| 60 g | meringue nests, crumbled |
How it's done
Crème
Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl.
Sauce
Place the berries and water in a pan, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Mash the berries with a fork.
Trifle
Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the crème, berries, sauce and meringue.
