Nectarine trifle
Ingredients
for 4 people
300 g | plain yoghurt |
250 g | ricotta |
40 g | icing sugar |
200 g | nectarines, cut into cubes |
100 g | almond slivers, roasted |
2 tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Crème
Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl.
Trifle
Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the crème, nectarines and almond slivers. Drizzle with honey.
