Ingredients

for 4 people

Crème
300 g plain yoghurt
250 g ricotta
40 g icing sugar
Sauce
50 g cherries, pitted
2 tbsp kirsch
Trifle
50 g biscuits (e.g. chocolate biscuits), crushed
50 g chocolate shavings
100 g cherries, pitted

How it's done

Crème

Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl.

Sauce

Puree the cherries with the kirsch.

Trifle

Crush the biscuits, mix with the chocolate shavings. Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the crème, cherries and biscuits. Pour the sauce on top.
