Black Forest trifle
Ingredients
for 4 people
300 g | plain yoghurt |
250 g | ricotta |
40 g | icing sugar |
50 g | cherries, pitted |
2 tbsp | kirsch |
50 g | biscuits (e.g. chocolate biscuits), crushed |
50 g | chocolate shavings |
100 g | cherries, pitted |
How it's done
Crème
Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl.
Sauce
Puree the cherries with the kirsch.
Trifle
Crush the biscuits, mix with the chocolate shavings. Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the crème, cherries and biscuits. Pour the sauce on top.
