Affogato trifle
Ingredients
for 4 people
300 g | plain yoghurt |
250 g | ricotta |
40 g | icing sugar |
120 g | amaretti, crumbled |
200 g | strawberries, quartered |
4 | espressos |
How it's done
Crème
Mix the yoghurt, ricotta and icing sugar in a bowl.
Trifle
Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the crème, amaretti biscuits and strawberries. Pour an espresso on top of each.
