6 cl	whisky (e.g. Scotch Whisky)
3 cl	amaretto
some	ice cubes

Serve
¼	organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the whisky and amaretto into a glass, add the ice cubes, stir the cocktail for approx. 30 secs.

Serve

Decorate the cocktail with orange peel.
