Detox Winter Smoothie

Ingredients

for 4 people

Smoothie
250 g pears, cut into pieces
250 g carrots, cut into pieces
4 dl water
lemon, the whole juice
30 g ginger, cut into pieces
2 tbsp white almond cream
1 tsp turmeric
Serve
1 tbsp candied ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp almonds, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Smoothie

Place the pears in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the turmeric, puree.

Serve

Pour the smoothie into the glasses, sprinkle the ginger and almonds on top.
