Detox Winter Smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 people
250 g | pears, cut into pieces |
250 g | carrots, cut into pieces |
4 dl | water |
1 | lemon, the whole juice |
30 g | ginger, cut into pieces |
2 tbsp | white almond cream |
1 tsp | turmeric |
1 tbsp | candied ginger, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | almonds, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Smoothie
Place the pears in a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the turmeric, puree.
Serve
Pour the smoothie into the glasses, sprinkle the ginger and almonds on top.
