Squash smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 250 g | squash (e.g. Hokkaido, cut into pieces) |
| salted water, boiling |
| 5 dl | milk |
| 2 | bananas, cut into pieces |
| 6 | dates, pitted |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | vanilla paste |
How it's done
Squash
Cook the squash in boiling salted water for approx. 15 mins. until very soft. Drain the squash, puree until smooth and leave to cool.
Smoothie
Puree the squash with milk, bananas, dates, cinnamon and vanilla in a mixing glass until smooth.
